Arkaim Home Studio
The Home Studio is our in-house design team. It plans every project, from a single hallway to a full flat, and stays with it until the last cushion is in place.
Recent projects
An ex-rental flat, stripped back to its walls and rebuilt room by room in 9 weeks. The kitchen opened onto the living space, herringbone floors went down throughout, and the bathroom became a marble wet room under a skylight. The Home Studio furnished and styled every room before handover.

We took the old kitchen out, re-plastered and rebuilt it: black shaker cabinets with brass handles, a tall oven housing, open oak shelving and a brass tap against a white herringbone splashback. An oak breakfast bar runs along the wall under the tall sash window.

Alexandra has over 20 years of experience in property management, letting, design and transformation. She has managed and let homes as well as redesigned them, so every Arkaim project is planned around how the space will be lived in, let or sold.
